These terms govern use of Tako at takoterminal.com, including Google sign-in and the desk. If you do not agree, do not sign in.

The service

Tako is a discretionary desk: chart, brief, comms, and a ticket for Bybit USDT linear perps. You decide and you send. We do not promise fills, uptime, or profit. Tako is not a broker, exchange, advisor, or Bybit.

Accounts and Google

Access may be limited to Google accounts the operator allows. You must use a Google account you control. You are responsible for that account. We may suspend or refuse access at any time, including if sign-in fails verification.

Trading and risk

• Perpetual futures can lose more than you expect. You accept that risk.
• Orders go to Bybit using API keys you provide. Bybit’s rules, fees, liquidations, and outages apply.
• Briefs, zones, tape, and comms are tools, not personal investment advice and not a recommendation to buy or sell.
• You comply with laws that apply to you, including any trading restrictions.

Your keys and content

API keys you paste are used to trade as you. Do not share them. Chat and desk actions you submit may be stored and processed so the product can work, including by AI vendors for comms. Do not submit data you are not allowed to share.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the desk, probe it without permission, impersonate others, or use it to break the law. Automated hammering of the API or sign-in beyond normal use is not allowed.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties to the extent the law allows, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. Market data and AI output can be wrong or late.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost trades, liquidation, or other indirect loss arising from the desk, Google sign-in, Bybit, or third-party systems. Our total liability for a claim about Tako is limited to zero if you paid us nothing, or otherwise the amount you paid us for the service in the 90 days before the claim.
